Basic information about the residential society.

Electricity Bills & Meter Information

This is the most important information for the initial solar assessment.

1. Do you have a list of all electricity meters / connections used for common areas?
2. Does the list identify which meter serves which area or facility?
3. Do you have the Consumer ID / Account Number for each common-area meter?
4. Do you have the Installation Number / Meter Number for the electricity connections?
5. Do you have the last 12 months' electricity bills for all common-area meters?
6. Do you have the last 24 months' electricity bills for all common-area meters?
7. Is the monthly electricity consumption available in Excel or another digital format?
8. Do the available bills / records show monthly Units Consumed (kWh)?
9. Do you have the sanctioned load / contract demand for each electricity connection?
10. Do you have the connected load details for the major common-area connections?
Common-area connections may include electricity meters serving towers, lifts, water pumps, STP, clubhouse, fire systems, common lighting and other shared facilities.

Tell us which major electrical facilities are present in the society.

Existing Solar & Rooftop Information

At this stage, we only need to know whether the information exists.

1. Does the society currently have a solar installation?
2. Do you know the approximate usable rooftop area available for solar?
3. Do you have building or rooftop plans / drawings?
4. Do you have structural information / drawings for the rooftop?

Society Documents & Coordination

These are not required immediately. We only need to know whether they can be arranged later.

1. Is the society / RWA registration documentation available?
2. Is the society / RWA PAN available?
3. Can the society arrange any missing electricity data through its maintenance team / facility manager / electricity provider?
Once the initial feasibility review begins, our team may contact the designated person to clarify missing information or coordinate the next stage.
